SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number to TriPoint Home Solutions and consenting to receive text messages, you agree to the following terms.

Program description. Our SMS program sends a mix of marketing, customer care, and operational messages from TriPoint Home Solutions to property owners and contacts who have opted in. Content may include initial outreach about your inquiry, appointment confirmations, follow-up after property visits, market value updates, and responses to your questions.

Consent. You are giving express written consent to receive text messages from TriPoint Home Solutions at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Your consent applies only to TriPoint Home Solutions and is not shared with third parties or affiliates.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies. You may receive up to five messages per month, depending on your activity.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Standard text messaging rates from your wireless carrier apply to any messages you send to or receive from us. TriPoint Home Solutions does not charge for the messages themselves.

Opt-out. You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. We will send one final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out, and you will not receive further SMS from us unless you opt back in.

Help. For help, reply HELP to any of our messages or contact us at (800) 801-6961. To re-subscribe after opting out, reply START.

Supported carriers. Our SMS program is available on major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility. You must be 18 years or older and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided in order to consent to receive text messages.

Privacy. Mobile information collected by TriPoint Home Solutions is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle phone numbers and SMS-related data. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes

Changes. We may modify or discontinue the SMS program at any time. Material changes will be reflected in updated Terms and Conditions. 

MISCELLANEOUS

* These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the PMA is organized, excluding conflict of law rules.
* If any part of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
* These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the websites and services.
* No joint venture, partnership, or employment relationship is created by your use of the site.
