He got his start during the Great Recession, a time when millions of American families found themselves underwater on mortgages they never expected to struggle with. It was during this period that Michael developed not just expertise, but a deep understanding of what homeowners actually go through, the stress, the shame, the sleepless nights, and the desperate search for someone who would give them straight answers without judgment.
Over the years, Michael has helped hundreds of families find their way through situations that felt impossible. He's seen what works, what doesn't, and most importantly, he's seen that there's almost always a path forward, even when it doesn't feel that way.
Michael founded TriPoint Home Solutions because he believed families deserved more than a transaction. They deserved a partner. Someone who would take the time to understand their unique situation, explain every option in plain English, and walk beside them until they reached solid ground again.
